Family at Trattoria Lisina

  
  

Our family gathered at Trattoria Lisina in the Texas hill country located next to the Mandola winery.  The crew rallied from the effects of too many hills climbed in the van earlier in the day...and help from Liz's chicken soup.  The Mandola zinfandel comes highly recommended.  

Lantana Landing

     

  

The butterfly migration through central Texas is quite spectacular.  This butterfly landed on the lantana planted in a container behind our house.  

Fallen

     

The sun had fallen from the sky creating this interesting sunset. Now having a more open view of the sky we have seen meteor showers and the orbits of the space shuttle following the space station.

Moonshine

     

The moon behind these clouds made an interesting shine.
